It is delighted that the Hospital will have the Website which will be more informative ways than before. The Hospital is completing 100 years of its existence in 2022 and has gone through ups and downs but now has gained higher ground by the blessing of our Lord and Almighty God. The Hospital has been able to give health care for patients requiring dialysis, ICU, paediatric surgeries, surgical oncology and chemotherapy, child health and developmental cases including Obstetrics and Gynaecological, surgical, and medical care. It also has been able to cater to Covid-19 cases as one of the designated hospitals in the state of Meghalaya during the Covid-19 pandemic.
By the grace of God, the Hospital is blessed with the College of Nursing which is affiliated and recognised by NEHU and the session starting from 2022-2023 for BSc Nursing. The College will encourage the students and faculty to nurture their intellectual curiosity in healthcare and modern scientific technologies and research temperament.
Through this website I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff who have sacrificed and dedicated themselves to the service and to the care of the patients.
With this I also want to express my deep sense of gratitude to the Churches under Khasi Jaintia Presbyterian Assembly (KJPA) and well wishers domestically and abroad for their generous help and support to the Hospitals activities and works.
I wish that the website will be successful, meaningful and benefited to all who wants to know about the Hospital.
